Note: these prices include headboards & mattresses, but exclude delivery & installation, bed removal & disposal, and VAT (although if you have a qualifying medical condition the bed can be zero-rated for VAT).

We guarantee the construction of the bed base for ten years. The adjustable frame, motor & handset have a one-year manufacturers warranty. Through normal use these parts can easily last 10+ years. If needed we can supply replacement motors, handsets & other parts at reasonable prices. (We don't take advantage of our customers by overcharging for parts).

Our mattresses should last between 5-7 years, depending on the user and how much use it's had. For example, someone who weighs 20+ stone spending 12 hours a day in bed is going to wear out a mattress quicker than someone weighing 8 stone. However, we've had customers come back to replace their mattresses after 10, 12, even 15 years!

Our factory is on Purdeys Industrial Estate in Rochford, Essex. We're less than five minutes from Southend airport. Our showroom is on the first floor of our building, and we have a stairlift should you need. You can also park right outside.

Most of our customers are in the south east, but we will deliver as far north as York, and as far south west as Bristol.

Yes we can, although there is a charge due to the extra time involved dismantling the bed as well as the cost of disposal. Single beds are £90 + VAT and double beds are £150 + VAT. It's always worth checking with your local council as they usually charge less than it costs us to dispose of the bed at the tip.

Yes! You can have drawers either at the foot of the bed, or on the sides. A 3ft bed can have either a standard drawer at the foot or one large drawer on the side. A 4ft bed can fit a large drawer at the foot or a large drawer on one side. 5ft & 6ft beds can fit either two standard drawers at the foot or one large drawer either side.

Our beds are all bespoke made to order, so we can't offer a 'trial period' on them. But as we make our own mattresses and don't glue the layers together, we can swap layers. We recommend sleeping on your new mattress for up to two weeks before changing it, as it often takes time to get used to a new mattress. Mattresses also need to 'break-in' a bit.

Our lead time is typically 4-6 weeks. However, we may be able to expedite your bed for urgent orders. We also tend to keep one or two single beds ready-made in stock for emergency situations.
